I had this on my photo lists for some time. I never got a chance to get there and photograph the junction between the Rhone and Arve river. The Rhone is coming out of the lake and is deep blue. The are is coming straight form the Mont-Blanc and the mountains and is filled with sediments. This creates and interesting combination when the 2 merge. This was taken from the railway bridge above the river.
It was an interesting moment to set the the lee filters through the rail. Definitely not an exercise where you want to drop anything down into the river. Definitely going back again for more pictures.
